Help Support the Next Generation of Leaders

The Alumni Amplifier is a national platform that identifies, connects and champions alumni who are actively leading and building community, bringing development to their neighborhoods, friends and family. By investing in their growth and initiatives, the All Stars Project extends its mission beyond its programs — cultivating leaders whose development continues to create opportunity for others.

Monica Ofori and The D.R.E.A.M. Initiative

“All Stars gave me a stage, helped me find my voice, and showed me what was possible – now I’m passing that same light to the next generation. I am a PRODUCT of the All Stars.” – Monica Ofori

For Monica, giving back isn’t just something she does on the side; it’s her life’s work. And that started with All Stars when she was 10 years old attending a talent show. While she was expecting to enjoy an amazing set of performers, she witnessed something she had never seen before – “kids being bosses.” She is now a dance educator and founder of The D.R.E.A.M. Initiative located in Far Rockaway. The D.R.E.A.M. Initiative is a grassroots youth development organization using dance and performance to build leadership, confidence, and community among young people in Far Rockaway. She is currently operating during after-school hours at a local school while actively working toward a permanent home.

Hamlet Rodriguez and The Launch Project

“The All Stars Project opened my mind to possibilities I didn’t know existed. They exposed me to the business world and helped me develop professional skills that changed my life.” -Hamlet Rodriguez

In the late 1990s, Hamlet Rodriguez was a teenager growing up in the Bronx with limited resources but tremendous curiosity. Through the All Stars Project’s Development School for Youth, Hamlet encountered environments, expectations, and relationships that expanded his understanding of what was possible. After serving 10 years in the United States Marine Corps and building a 25-year career in technology and product leadership, he made a courageous leap and founded The Launch Project. In 2026, he started with a pilot program in San Diego: The Launchpad Leadership Lab, a six-month leadership program for high school students focused on development through performance.

Fred Derilus and Invited Coffee

“We don’t need to rebuild every system from the ground up. We need to invest in social engineering and development – the kind that gives young people the opportunities, confidence, and dare I say “recipe” to transform their lives.” – Fred Derilus

Fred enrolled in the Development School for Youth when he was 16 where he learned that young people of color like him could grow, perform, and achieve without having to change who they were. “As the son of Haitian immigrants growing up in East Orange, New Jersey, it was like I was being offered the ingredients to a recipe that could transform my life.” Now in his 30s, he runs his own business – Invited Coffee – which brings quality coffee to communities of color while honoring the cultural roots of the drink itself. His ultimate goal was to reclaim coffee culture as something inclusive, not exclusive. From selling his signature coconut mocha lattes to hosting Invited Leisure events that combine art, music, and conversation, he is building spaces where people feel seen and celebrated.

Your support will help elevate alumni like Monica, Hamlet and Fred — equipping them to lead with greater impact, expand their reach and inspire the communities around them. Funds raised will go toward supporting alumni who are doing remarkable work, and toward forums and development opportunities that spotlight and strengthen their community-building activities even further.
