By opting in to receive SMS (text) messages from All Stars Project (“ASP,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Program Description

ASP may send SMS messages to individuals who have opted in to receive communications related to our programs and activities. These messages may include, but are not limited to:

• Youth development program reminders
• Program participation updates
• Volunteer coordination messages
• Community event reminders
• Program scheduling updates
• Communications with participants and/or parents or guardians

Example message:
“Hello from All Stars Project. This is a reminder about your upcoming program session on [Date] at [Location]. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.”

2. Opt-In Consent

By providing your mobile phone number and affirmatively opting in (e.g., via a website form or other registration method), you consent to receive SMS messages from ASP.

• Consent is not a condition of participation in any ASP program or service.
• Message frequency may vary based on your interaction with ASP.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency will vary depending on your participation in ASP programs, events, and activities.

4. Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply to SMS messages sent to your mobile device, as determined by your mobile carrier. ASP is not responsible for any charges incurred.

5. Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time:

• Reply STOP to any SMS message you receive from us to unsubscribe
• After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent (unless you re-opt in)
