The All Stars Project is excited to launch Phase II of our Development Coach program this fall!
As a Development Coach, you’ll be paired up with recent graduates of our Development School for Youth (DSY), All Stars Talent Show Network, and Youth Onstage! programs to work with them on their professional and personal development and help them grow their network of caring adults.
Development coaching will take place over a 6-week period (November 2nd – December 11th), with coaches committing at least one hour a week to relationship building with their young person. All coaches will participate in a 3-part training to help ensure you are prepared and have the tools you’ll need to connect and have a developmental experience with your young person.
New this fall, we are also asking all volunteers to make a $100 gift to the All Stars Project. This gift will help us as we scale the size and reach of the program and help with additional technology costs. Most importantly, your investment will ensure the program remains free for all young people!
Below are the training dates. Please select one date from week 1 and week 2, and one date for the Qooper App training in the giving portal below; the options will appear when you make your gift.
