All Stars Project of New Jersey has been operating since 1999 in Newark and Jersey City, and now we’re expanding our core program, the Development School for Youth (DSY), to Hoboken High School!

The DSY is a 10-week leadership training program where underserved young people ages 16- 21 learn to perform as professionals. Through partnerships with business leaders, DSY participants gain valuable exposure to the corporate world by engaging in development workshops, networking opportunities, and real-world professional experiences.

Once students complete the DSY program, they are eligible for a 6-week internship at leading NYC & NJ companies. If your company is interested in learning more or participating in Summer 2025 – learn more here.

Join us on February 28th for a special cocktail reception hosted by All Stars board member Courtney Mulligan and Special Guest, John Fuda, to discover how you and your organization can get involved. Check out an article here highlighting our recent Hoboken High DSY graduates!
