The All Stars Project is helping lead a major milestone for Dallas youth and families as a partner in the 30th Annual Dallas Mayor’s Back to School Fair, one of the city’s largest and longest-running civic initiatives.
Hosted by the City of Dallas and powered by the All Stars Project and the Junior League of Dallas, the Fair serves more than 10,000 young people and their families each year, providing school supplies, health screenings and resources that help students start the school year ready to succeed.
This year’s Fair marks an expanded leadership role for the All Stars Project, bringing its commitment to youth development and community engagement to a citywide public-private partnership that connects young people and families to opportunity.
The partnership was officially launched at a May 7 press conference hosted by Dallas Mayor Eric L. Johnson, kicking off registration, volunteer recruitment and community planning efforts for this year’s milestone event.
The All Stars Project extends its gratitude to Walmart and Sam’s Club, the Fair’s Title Sponsors, as well as 30th Anniversary Sponsors Target, Freeman, Hillwood, Amazon and Oncor Electric Delivery. Additional support is provided by Sewell Automotive Companies, Atmos Energy, State Fair of Texas, Energy Transfer, Southern Methodist University and Children’s Health.
