Join us in building a brighter future for the young people of Dallas.

The reimagined Dallas Works program, a year-round career readiness and youth development initiative, is already making an impact across Dallas. Since November, our team has worked with over 1,000 students from Dallas ISD, Dallas College, and UNT Dallas, helping them build confidence, polish their public speaking skills and prepare for professional success. And we are just getting started.

This summer, we will place up to 150 students in internships at some of Dallas’ most prestigious businesses, including Hunt Oil Company, Bank of America, Dallas Regional Chamber, JP Morgan Chase, Bank of Texas, Parkland Hospital, AMLI Residential, Dallas College, The Arnold Companies and KFM Engineering and various City of Dallas departments.
