On November 3rd, we’ll be having our annual Fall Benefit, celebrating our first year leading the Mayor’s Summer Youth Employment Program, Dallas Works. This inspiring evening will honor the accomplishments of young people as they stepped into internships with major companies, nonprofits, and government agencies, showcasing their growth and potential from this past summer.
We are seeking enthusiastic volunteers to help make the night a success! Volunteers will play a key role in welcoming guests, assisting with registration, supporting the event program, helping with the paddle raise, and working directly with youth. Your support ensures a smooth, professional, and memorable experience for all attendees.
In order to volunteer, you must attend one of the following Volunteer Training sessions:
- Virtual Training
- Tuesday, October 21st
- 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm
- You’ll be provided a Zoom link the evening before the meeting.
- In-Person Training
- Saturday, October 25th
- 10:30 am to 11:30 am

- You’ll be provided parking instructions the day before the meeting.
During these training sessions, you’ll be learning about your role at the event, the overall layout of the evening, and more about this amazing production! Please make sure you pick one of the dates and times before submitting your form.

Parking Instructions: Valet parking will be available as well as parking in the garage.
