All Stars Project of New Jersey 2025 Fall Benefit

This year’s theme, NJ Youth Taking Center Stage, celebrates the leadership of young people who are stepping into the spotlight and transforming what’s possible for themselves and their communities through All Stars Project. Join us for a celebratory evening that will spark new connections and leave you inspired by the next generation of changemakers.

All Stars Project supports young people to step into new environments and envision new futures through innovative, development through performance workshops and activities. From our Development School for Youth, All Stars Talent Show Network, Operation Conversation: Cops & Kids, and Development Coaching, we are connecting youth with caring adults, corporate mentors, and real-world opportunities in Newark, Jersey City, and across the country. Your participation supports this growing movement—from paid internships and leadership workshops to community-building initiatives that bridge social and economic divides.

At this year’s Fall Benefit, we’re proud to honor the Cocoziello Family of Advance Realty Investors for their extraordinary commitment to youth development and civic leadership. We’re also recognizing a distinguished group of Leaders in Business and the Arts, including Ben Brenner of Cushman & Wakefield, Lauren Craig of Newark Arts, Citi Medina of EqualSpace, Justin Rigoglioso of Newmark, Dan Spero of JLL and Altarik White of Leaders for Life.
