Join us for Juneteenth and A Nation’s Jubilee: An All Stars Juneteenth Celebration! to explore the meaning of Juneteenth, the original celebration of freedom at the conclusion of the Civil War, and the question “Where do we go from here?” Panelists will discuss the relevance of Juneteenth today and how All Stars is bringing development to move the African American community, along with the entire country, forward. Led by Harlem physician and All Stars National Board Vice Chair, Dr. Jessie Fields with special guests:

Gloria Strickland, All Stars Senior Vice President/Chief Youth and Community Development Officer and the Director of the All Stars Project of New York.

David Cherry, Chicago City Leader and All Stars Senior Vice President Youth and Community Development.

Antoine Joyce, All Stars Project Vice President and Dallas City Leader.

Dr. Omar H. Ali, Historian, Dean and Professor at Lloyd International Honors College, University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
