Join non-profit leaders, corporate partners, police officers, and community members for Community Action Day, an innovative community organizing activity designed to engage Dallas’ poorest neighborhoods in a new kind of community conversation. On Community Action Day, volunteers will go out into different communities such as South Oak Cliff and West Dallas to participate in grassroots organizing and provide community members with resources from ASP and partnering organizations. Together we will work to positively impact change and how all of us can be a part of it. Training, lunch, and transportation to survey areas will be provided.
