In the DSY, Young people ages 16 to 21 learn to perform as professionals and partner with business leaders who conduct workshops at their companies and provide paid summer internships.

Students from Justin F. Kimball and Franklin D. Roosevelt High Schools are starting their professional development journey over the next 10 weeks in the DSY.

We are pleased to welcome the students who are starting their professional development journey over the next 10 weeks in the 2024 Development School for Youth program. We invite you, our caring adult partners, to meet these leaders and engage them in conversation as they practice their NEW networking performance.
