Development Coaching

Connecting young people with caring adults to grow together.
Development Coaching is a program that gives young adults aged 18 to 24 an opportunity to partner one-on-one with caring industry leaders to help guide and enhance their personal and professional development. Development Coaching matches young adults with volunteer coaches from coast to coast based on shared interests and experiences and provides training that supports both coach and coachee to learn from each other and grow together.
The All Stars Project offers Development Coaching twice a year for extended registration cycles, once in the spring and once in the fall.
After you register and attend our 90-minute virtual training for new participants, we pair you with your coaching partner based upon shared goals and interests using industry-leading software.
Over the period of 8-weeks we ask you to commit to 6, 1-hour sessions where you co-create goals, learn about one another, and grow together.

I have grown so much! This session really emphasized how important listening is. I approached it as if my Coachee and I were building this together, that we were a team, so I didn’t always have to lead the session. This experience taught me that you don’t have to have a specific goal to have a Coaching relationship with someone; sometimes the goal is just to simply build a relationship.
I found that to be incredibly rewarding.
