The All Stars Talent Show Network
The All Stars Talent Show Network (ASTSN) is a core program that serves as a key community gateway to All Stars performance programs and our other development initiatives. ASTSN welcomes all young person who want to be involved – onstage as performers, offstage as producers – regardless of talent or experience level.
Development School for Youth
Young people learn to perform as professionals and they partner with business leaders who conduct development workshops and provide paid summer internships at their companies.

Operation Conversation
Operation Conversation, the All Stars Project’s newest bridge-building initiative, has been created to address the social and racial divides in America.
Operation Conversation: Cops & Kids
Brings young people from poor communities together with police officers in performance workshops where they use improvisation and conversation to foster positive interactions between the police and inner-city youth and create a new kind of relationship.
