The All Stars Talent Show Network (ASTSN) is a core program that serves as a key community gateway to All Stars performance programs and our other development initiatives. ASTSN welcomes all young person who want to be involved – onstage as performers, offstage as producers – regardless of talent or experience level. All ASTSN activities, including auditions and talent shows in New Jersey, Pop Up Performances in Chicago and Showcase and Competitions in Dallas, take place in the community and are produced in collaboration with a variety of community-based and youth-serving organizations.

Young people learn to perform as professionals and they partner with business leaders who conduct development workshops and provide paid summer internships at their companies.

Brings young people from poor communities together with police officers in performance workshops where they use improvisation and conversation to foster positive interactions between the police and inner-city youth and create a new kind of relationship.
