All Stars Alumni Leadership Council

Last month the All Stars Alumni Leadership Council (ALC) hosted their first event in NY and it was a big hit! 36 people attended, including 25 NY and NJ alumni from the past 20 years. They reconnected with each other and discovered ways to engage with current students, give back to the program, and to continue to develop and grow the All Stars community.

Of the 25 Alumni in the room, many have pursued careers and education in business, law, medicine and more. Nearly all signed up to get involved with the DSY by attending a fall Youth Host Training or Graduation. As noted by a rising All Stars leader and member of the ALC, Avriel Kelly (Class of 2008), the mixer truly marks a new wave of alumni community for the All Stars Project!
