Creating New Tools for Racial Healing

Operation Conversation, All Stars Project’s newest bridge-building initiative, has been created to address the social and racial divides in America. In a two-part virtual workshop, people from diverse communities and all walks of life learn and perform with new tools that develop empathy, appreciation, active listening, and curiosity skills. Using the power of performance, these workshops engage racism and promote healing in everyday life.

In a two-part virtual workshop, participants aged 21 and over from diverse communities and all walks of life, learn and perform with new tools that develop empathy, appreciation, active listening, and curiosity skills – creating a new shared experience. Using the power of performance, the workshops support diverse people build with differences and disagreements, engage racism and promote healing in everyday life.

The program was created and is led by All Stars Project CEO, Gabrielle Kurlander, and Vice President. ASP of Dallas City Leader, Antoine Joyce.
