All Stars Project, a leading national nonprofit organization, empowers young people from underserved communities through dynamic programs both on and off the stage, fostering growth and transformation. This year, All Stars Project of New Jersey is thrilled to honor Ed Russo, CEO of Russo Development, at our Fall Benefit on November 15th at the Gateway Center for his commitment to youth and community development. Since 2013, Russo Development has invested over $150,000 in supporting our free afterschool programs and paid summer internships for youth in Newark and Jersey City, helping forge a path for thousands of young people and families to see new opportunities for themselves and their community.

Joining Ed and the incredible Russo Development team is a dedicated group of co-chairs who are ensuring the success of the event: John Saraceno (Onyx Equities), Gus Milano (Hartz Mountain), Peter Bronsnick (Cushman & Wakefield), Mat Feldman (CAMPAIGN Capital), and Mercedes Smith (Savoy Associates, ret.), and Robert Ross (ASP of NJ board).
