About

Christina DiChiara is Vice President/Office of the President and CEO at the All Stars Project. She is a member of the Executive Leadership Team, which works with All Stars Project President and CEO on ensuring the organization’s strategic direction is aligned with our mission and maximizes our impact.
As the Chief of Staff to the President and CEO, Christina ensures the implementation and advancement of key priorities of the organization and oversees strategic communications and marketing initiatives. In addition, she serves as corporate secretary to the board of directors, liaising with the board on governance and administrative functions in addition to facilitating quarterly board meetings.

After working with All Stars as a volunteer fundraiser for five years, Christina was hired full-time in 1997 to manage the organization’s grassroots fundraising operations. She joined the Office of the CEO as Director of Special Projects in 2002 before becoming Chief of Staff in 2015. Among her responsibilities in these roles, she oversaw the production of the national gala benefit at Lincoln Center, the organization’s largest fundraising event, for 20 years.

Christina is a native of Brooklyn, New York, and received her master’s degree in social work from the University of California, Berkeley.
