Director of Operations


Jessica Massad is Director of Operations for the All Stars Project (ASP) and a member of the Senior Leadership Team. Jessica is responsible for ensuring operational excellence and plays a central role in developing, implementing and innovating ASP strategies, policies and practices.

Jessica is also responsible for the advancement of program training and delivery, Information Technology and facility infrastructure, as well as key human resource initiatives. As a member of the Operating Committee, she works with the ASP president and other key ASP leaders on developing short- and long-term organizational planning and strategy.

Jessica divides her time between New York and Chicago where, in addition to her national responsibilities, she is supporting the ASP of Chicago’s operations and efforts to establish a Center for Afterschool Development. She first joined the ASP staff in 2003 to help manage the ASP’s Center on West 42nd Street and from 2009-2020 she was responsible for overseeing all aspects of the facility’s operations. Jessica has been an All Star since 1982.
