As Vice President/Operations, Jessica oversees national operational excellence and plays a central role in developing, implementing and innovating All Stars Project (ASP) strategies, policies and practices. Jessica is a member of the Executive Leadership Team, which works closely with ASP’s President and CEO on ensuring the organization’s strategic direction is aligned with our mission and maximizes our impact.

Jessica works with ASP key leaders on developing short- and long-term organizational planning and strategy, and she oversees human resources and an expanded information technology function.

Jessica first joined the ASP staff in 2003 to help manage the ASP’s Performing Arts and Development Center on West 42nd Street in New York City and, from 2009 to 2020, was responsible for overseeing all aspects of the facility’s operations. Jessica has been an All Star since 1982.
