Pat Delgado

Senior Director, Corporate and Foundation Relations

Patricio “Pat” Delgado is the Senior Director of Corporate and Foundation Relations of All Stars Project, Inc. A dynamic nonprofit leader with more than 15 years of experience, Pat has worked both on the ground and in the boardroom in support of our underserved communities. In Pat’s role as Senior Director, he develops funding and engagement strategies for All Stars Project’s largest corporate partners, ensuring mission alignment and prioritizing relationship building. By partnering closely with key board- and executive-level champions, Pat has helped develop some of All Stars Project’s largest national partnerships, including RBC Capital Markets, MetLife, Gilead Sciences and JPMorgan Chase. Pat also oversees foundation partnerships nationally by leading our grant application process, as well as managing sales for the All Stars National Gala, resulting in $2 million in private support every year.

Pat first encountered the All Stars Project as a volunteer in 2014 when he was a member of our Afterschool Development Working Group in Newark. After officially joining the team in 2015, Pat worked in both NYC, partnering with supporters, and NJ, where he helped found the Development School for Youth program in Jersey City by recruiting young people from local high schools, connecting with city leaders and partnering with key corporate partners such as Goya Foods and Fidelity in support of this expansion.

In addition to his work at All Stars Project, Pat currently sits on the Advisory Board for MentorWorks Education Capital and is the Vice Chair of the Heart Disease Research Foundation. Pat received his degree in psychology from Dartmouth College. He enjoys rock climbing and scuba diving and is just one short of visiting all seven continents.
