About

Sam is the Senior Director of Development for All Stars Project of (ASP) New Jersey and the San Francisco/Bay Area. He has over 10 years of experience in business development across the technology, higher ed and nonprofit sectors and is committed to social, economic and racial justice.

Sam is responsible for developing and implementing fundraising strategies in ASP’s New Jersey and San Francisco markets. He works closely with the National VP of Development, the SVP of Programs and Strategic Initiatives, regional boards and other members of the team to identify and cultivate new supporters, maintain relationships with existing supporters and oversee the development of grant proposals. Sam is dedicated to ensuring that All Stars Project continues to grow and expand its reach, providing opportunities for young people to develop their skills and achieve their full potential.

Sam is an All Stars “boomerang”—after spending six years at ASP, he spent time in business development roles at Rutgers Business School, where he earned an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Marketing, and at Salesforce, where he earned a “Sales MBA.” He returned to All Stars because he feels this is where he can have the biggest impact on the country’s most pressing challenges.

Sam is a lifelong learner and is always looking for ways to improve himself and the world around him. He is an avid reader and writer of science fiction and is interested in how technology can be used to create a better future.

Help set the stage for a young person to grow.
