Inspired by the power of learning to illuminate and improve society, the Luminary Award honored the All Stars Project for its commitment to improving people’s lives through education and development.

Mr. Langerman, President and CEO of Franklin Mutual Advisers, LLC became a donor of the All Stars Project in 2007 and was an early and significant supporter of its campaign to establish the Scott Flamm Center for Afterschool Development in Newark.
