I believe that it’s important for tech entrepreneurs and leaders to “give back” and nurture the talent that’s “hiding in plain sight” in the diverse communities around us.

I am a member of the All Stars Bay Area Board, and have been co-leading an initiative that introduces under-represented youth to tech and corporate innovators.  Silicon Valley Bank provided funding to kick this off, and it has been a tremendous success.
